From May 26 to 27, the audit team of PCCC visited the electric company for two days' supervision and audit.
In accordance with the principles of independence, objectivity, fairness and impartiality, the audit expert group conducted on-site inspection on the quality management, procurement control, incoming inspection, production facilities, process equipment, operation instructions, product design and development control, process control (especially special / key process), product process and ex factory inspection, inspection equipment and measuring equipment, and relevant records, The product test process and production environment were inspected on the spot, and the electrical products were sampled on site and the specified tests were carried out.
After strict review, the experts of the audit group agreed that the quality management of electrical products was orderly, the technology was relatively comprehensive, and the physical quality was stable. They fully affirmed the work done by our company in PCCC certification, and put forward suggestions for improvement in product inspection and product design. All aspects of the company's operation and management and production process meet the requirements of the implementation rules for PCCC voluntary product certification supervision and inspection. After taking corrective measures for minor non conformance items proposed in the audit and passing the verification, it is recommended that our company continue to use PCCC product certification certificate.
