It solves the problems such as the complicated current situation and management difficulties of various pipelines in multiple districts of the city, improves the problem of low utilization rate of underground space resources to the greatest extent, realizes unified planning, unified design, unified construction and management, and is an important infrastructure and lifeline to ensure the operation of the city. The design of pipe rack and pipe support has its own unique place in the design of numerous pipe supports and hangers. Improper design of pipe rack and pipe support will damage pipeline components in operation, such as leakage of equipment nozzle flange, or damage of rotating equipment, and more seriously, civil structure will be damaged. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the design of pipe rack and pipe support.
Pipe rack and pipe support refers to all kinds of supports, supports and hangers connected between the pipeline on the pipe rack and the main structure of civil engineering. It also includes all kinds of supports rooted in buildings and independent supports with a height of less than 2m. It is usually called "pipe gallery pipe support and hanger", referred to as "pipe gallery support".
Classification and structural composition of pipe rack and hanger:
According to the role of the support, the pipe supports and hangers are divided into three categories: bearing frame, limited support and shock absorber.
Load bearing support is used to bear the gravity of the pipeline and other vertical downward loads. It is divided into sliding frame (bracket), rod hanger, constant force support and rolling support.
The function of the limited support is to limit the line displacement, and at least one direction is limited on the limited axis. If the linear displacement of the pipeline is limited along the positive and negative directions of an axis, this structure is called reciprocating limiting frame. The limited support can be divided into guide frame, limiting frame and fixing frame.
Damping support is used to control or reduce the effect of any force (such as material impact, mechanical vibration, wind, earthquake and other external loads) except gravity and thermal expansion. There are two types of shock absorber: spring and oil pressure.
