GM three-phase enclosed busbar system is an ideal choice for medium high voltage and high current equipment. The bus shell is made of integral aluminum alloy shell or magnetic weakening steel plate (stainless steel), which effectively reduces the structural heating caused by eddy current or circulating current, reduces the temperature of enclosed bus shell, reduces the power loss, increases the current carrying capacity and reduces the electric power. The inner conductor of enclosed bus adopts rectangular or trough busbar (copper or aluminum). On the basis of selecting high-quality high-strength insulator with large creepage distance to support the interval insulation, high-voltage insulation heat shrinkable sleeve can be added to the busbar according to the user's requirements to ensure the insulation and withstand voltage performance. The double insulation and multi-point connection of the shell are adopted to improve the safety and reliability and reduce the maintenance workload. The system can be widely used in the current transmission between generator outgoing line and transformer or between transformer and high-voltage distribution cabinet, as well as AC and DC excitation circuit of generator, power lead-in of substation or other industrial and civil facilities.

Rated current: the rated current of the system can reach 6300A and the rated working voltage can reach 35kV.

Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance of each section of enclosed bus unit shall be greater than or equal to 100m Ω (2500V megohmmeter).

Dielectric strength: each section of enclosed bus shall undergo 1 minute power frequency dry voltage test before delivery.

Power frequency withstand voltage and lightning impulse withstand voltage value meet the national standard.

Grounding system: meet the requirements of iec364-5-54 for grounding system.

Protection grade: indoor type: IP40; outdoor type: IP43, IP54.

Load performance: under the rated current, the temperature rise of the shell meets the standard requirements of gb763-90 "heating of AC high voltage apparatus in long term operation".
